About the Empress

Mother, Wife, Pastry Chef, Empress Trainor, Model, Fashionista and Lifestyle blogger.

Born and raised in the Philippines, the pearl of the orient in South East Asia. Part Spanish, Part Japanese, 100% Filipina.

Kitt started her modeling career at the age of 16 after joining Bb. Pilipinas and bagging the top 10 finalists spot. Soon after she became Ford SuperModel Philippines’ Face of the Year and the rest they say is history. As if campaign ads, TV commercials and runway shows in Hongkong, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, and Madrid was not enough, she pursued studies in Child and Criminal Psychology.

She is co-author of the book: NBI Story on Child Abuse Crimes when she was Child Psychologist for the National Bureau of Investigation. Her recent book, Children Don’t Come with a Manual (How to discipline with Love) is available at Barnes and Noble and Amazon and other online stores.

As Regional Training Manager for CEO SUITE, one of Asia’s Finest Business Centres, Kitt handled Human Resources and Training for 7 different countries. The best job I’ve ever had, she says.

Passionate about her advocacies, she supports three orphanages and reception centers for children in the Philippines. She is a proud supporter of PETA (People for Ethical Treatment of Animals), PAWS and ASPCA.

She is Executive Pastry Chef for La Patisserie, a French-Asian fusion Cake and Pastry Shoppe in Florissant, Missouri.  She is also CEO of Empress Consulting LLC, a Human Resource Training and Development Firm which was established in 2014 together with her husband, Ken Corbin.

Her life mission is to bring out the best in every individual who accepts her in their life path and inspire others to be the best that they can be as they pay the good deed forward.

Fierce Fabulous & Filipina.
